    Brooke is a registered clinical psychologist who enjoys working with adolescents (10 years+) and adults. Her approach is warm, inclusive and compassionate. She believes in a strengths based and client centered practice that enhances and empowers the individual.

    Brooke utilises evidence based therapeutic treatments including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She is both a trauma informed and neurodiverse inclusive clinician. She is passionate about helping people with challenges including: life adjustment, mood disorders, eating disorders, parenting (including perinatal mental health), relationships, managing perimenopause and menopause changes along with stress relating to school/work/health.

    Brooke is an accredited facilitator of group programs Circle of Security, Tuning into Kids/Teen (for Dads) and Triple P positive parenting.

    Brooke is also a registered clinical supervisor and enjoys supervising students undertaking their psychology degree along with professionals working in the mental health field.

    Kellie Wilson is a registered Clinical Psychologist with nearly 16 years of experience. She specialises in working with both adolescents (ages 13 years and up) and adults. Kellie is particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges such as stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, parenting struggles, interpersonal conflicts, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns.

    She provides compassionate and supportive care, utilising evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Kellie collaborates with clients to create personalised treatment plans designed to help them achieve their goals. She fosters a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment where clients can express themselves freely and develop practical skills to manage their mental health effectively. Kellie values a client-centred approach in her practice, ensuring that each individual feels heard and empowered.

    She is also an accredited facilitator of parenting programs, such as Tuning into Teens and Circle of Security Parenting.

    In addition to her clinical work, Kellie is a registered clinical supervisor with AHPRA, with a special focus on supporting psychologists in their clinical endorsement journey.

    Shauna has a particular interest supporting individuals throughout periods of transition, adjustment, and changes across the lifespan. Shauna works with individuals experiencing challenges associated with significant life events and developmental stages, including the transition to pregnancy, parenthood, emerging adulthood, relationship changes, workplace transitions, and adjustment to ageing and aged care. These periods can often be accompanied by increased stress, uncertainty, grief, identity shifts, or changes in functioning. Shauna provides a compassionate, supportive and evidence-based therapeutic space to help individuals navigate these experiences, strengthen coping strategies, and foster resilience as they adapt to new circumstances and life roles. Appropriate referrals include individuals seeking support during periods of transition resulting in anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, stress, burnout, grief and loss, identity and role changes, relationship difficulties, and challenges adapting to new life circumstances.
